AllSet Cleaning Services, LLC (also referred to as “AllSet Clean”) (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website https://allset-clean.com/ (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information, and describes rights available under applicable U.S. laws, including California privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA).

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

This Policy applies to personal information we collect when you:

  • Visit or interact with the Site;
  • Request an estimate/quote, schedule services, or contact us through the Site;
  • Communicate with us by phone, email, or text message regarding estimates, appointments, or services; and/or
  • Interact with our advertising or measurement technologies associated with the Site (such as tags, pixels, or cookies).

Service Area: We currently provide services only in California, U.S.A.


2) Notice at Collection (California)

When you provide information through the Site (for example, to request an estimate), we collect personal information to:

  • Provide estimates and deliver cleaning services;
  • Communicate with you about your request, scheduling, confirmations, and service updates (including by SMS if you opt in);
  • Measure and improve the effectiveness of our advertising and Site performance;
  • Operate and secure the Site; and
  • Comply with legal obligations.

The categories of personal information we collect and the purposes for use are described below.


3) Personal Information We Collect

A) Information you provide

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Identifiers and contact details: first and last name, email address, phone number;
  • Location and service details: ZIP code and/or service address, service type requested, and scheduling preferences;
  • Communications: information you include in messages, forms, or during calls/texts.

B) Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we may collect information automatically, including:

  • Device identifiers and device information;
  • Operating system;
  • Referring/exit pages;
  • Pages viewed, links clicked, and dates/times of access;

D) Sensitive personal information

We do not intentionally request sensitive personal information (as defined by California law) through the Site. Please do not submit sensitive information in open text fields unless we specifically request it for a legitimate purpose.


4) How We Use Personal Information

  1. Provide estimates and services (including scheduling, dispatch, service delivery, and customer support);
  2. Communicate with you about your request, estimate, appointment, or service (including confirmations and service-related updates);

No marketing emails at this time: We do not currently send newsletters or promotional email marketing campaigns. If this changes, we will update this Policy and, where required, obtain appropriate consent.


5) Text Messaging (SMS) — Service Communications

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages, you consent to receive service-related SMS and/or MMS messages from AllSet Clean, which may include:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders;
  • Estimate scheduling and updates; and
  • Service-related updates (e.g., arrival windows, changes, or follow-ups related to your request).

Important disclosures:

  • Message frequency may vary.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
  • For assistance, reply HELP.

We intend to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable carrier requirements.


6) Cookies, Pixels, and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, and similar technologies to:

  • Operate and secure the Site;
  • Enable core functionality and remember preferences;
  • Understand Site usage and performance; and

We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not rent personal information.

A) Your rights (California residents)

  • Delete: request deletion of personal information (subject to legal exceptions);
  • Correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information; and

B) “Sale” and “Sharing” under California law

We do not sell personal information for money.
However, under the CPRA, certain disclosures of online identifiers and browsing information to advertising/measurement partners through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, depending on configuration.

C) Right to opt out of sale/sharing

You may have the right to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” (as defined under California law), including sharing related to cross-context behavioral advertising.

D) Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Where applicable and required by law, we will treat browser-based Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid request to opt out of sale/sharing.

E) How to exercise your rights

To submit a request to know/access, delete, or correct, contact us using the information in Section 13. We may request information to verify your identity and/or authority to act on behalf of a consumer before processing certain requests.

F) Authorized agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may request proof of authorization and may also require you to verify your identity directly with us.


12) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with updated Effective Date and/or Last Updated dates.
